Simone joined the Foxtel Executive team as Executive Director – People and Culture in August 2015.
Prior to joining Foxtel, Simone was Vice President of People and Performance for Carnival Australia, the largest cruise ship operator in Australasia and a division of Carnival Corporation & Plc. Carnival is the world’s largest cruise ship business and owner of 10 iconic brands including P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Aida, Cunard, Carnival Cruise Lines, Holland America Line and Seabourn. She joined in 2008 and was a critical member of an Executive team that transformed the Australian cruise industry – with double digit growth each year she was there.
Prior to this, Simone held senior roles with Halifax Bank of Scotland Australia, across a number of its brands including St Andrews Australia and BankWest .
Simone has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Industrial Relations and Political Science from the University of Western Australia.
